The short version: this site collects as little as possible, and nothing about you is sold, shared or messed about with.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. We see aggregate numbers (visits, pages, where traffic came from), never individuals.
We collect what you type: your name, organisation, headcount band, work email and your message. It goes to the Hard As Nails team so we can reply, and is used for nothing else.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their secure checkout. We never see your card details. We keep the basics of the purchase (organisation, email, tier) so we can support you and send you your cohort link.
Sign-up happens off this site, on the sign-up form, where the full research information and consent wording lives. In brief: contact details are kept separately from survey responses, data is held in secure Dublin-based storage under UK and EU regulations, anonymised research data is what gets published, and you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@hard-as-nails.com. The research is run to standard UK research-governance practice, consistent with UK GDPR and British Psychological Society guidance for research with people.
Ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@hard-as-nails.com. We will sort it, no forms, no fuss.
